How can we find out more?

If you’d like to know more about me, how I work or what to expect on your wedding day, feel free to give me a shout via the contact page or drop me an email at ollie@olliehindsphotography.com. We can chat some more and get things rolling from there.

What if we HATE having our picture taken?

You’re not alone. In fact, I’m yet to meet anyone who LOVES having their photo taken. So, please don’t let this keep you up at night - it’s my job to make you guys feel comfortable in front of me and my camera. My portraits look to capture who you are as a couple, so I’d never expect anything unnatural or awkward from anyone. It’s all about getting to know you, hanging out together on the day and photographing whatever happens there and then.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I divide my time between Dorset and London but I love to travel whenever I get the chance. I’ve been lucky enough for my work to have taken me all over the U.K. as well as parts of Europe and it would be great to add a few more destinations to that list. So, if you’re thinking of making plans further afield, I’d love to get involved.

How will we get our pics?

All your high-res images are put together in a password-protected, online gallery where you’re able to view, share and download them. From your gallery you can access my online shop where albums, art books, framed prints and more are available at the click of a button.

Can we meet up before the day?

Definitely. Whether it’s on Zoom or in person, I always make sure that we have at least one proper meet up. It’s more than likely this is the first wedding you’ve organised and there’s a lot to be overwhelmed by. Booking me as your photographer means I do more than just turn up on the day. I’m here to help you with any questions or queries you might have, whether it’s advice you need on timings or locations, or it’s just a case of you guys wanting to bounce a few ideas around.

What do we need to do to book?

If you like what you’ve seen and are into what you’ve heard, then I’m all yours. A signed contract along with a £500 deposit is all that’s left to do to lock me in for your big day.

A bit about me …

Originally from London, nowadays I’m based down south on the Dorset coast. I enjoy the sea air and open spaces, but I can still be found back in the big smoke on a regular basis.

Seven years of documenting all kinds of weddings has taken me far and wide. From Greek islands to East London dockyards, I’ve been lucky enough to hang out with lots of lovely people in some pretty fun places. So, wherever you’re thinking of making plans, it would be great to hear from you.

Depending on the type of wedding, a normal day’s coverage for me usually lasts between 10 & 12 hours. I’ve known some celebrations to wind down after the first dance and I’ve known others still going strong at 2am in the hotel pool. Either way, I think it’s a little unrealistic to put an exact number on how long it’ll take me to capture the best bits of your day. For this reason, I keep things simple and offer just one package, which includes:

  • A full day’s coverage.

  • A pre-wedding meetup either in person or via video call.

  • A slideshow of ‘highlights’ with accompanying audio.

  • 500 + individually edited, hi-res images.

  • All images presented in an online gallery with your own personal access code giving you licence to print and share.
